What to Expect
Life can leave us feeling fragmented, disconnected, or stuck. Yet healing involves more than simply reducing symptoms—it is a movement toward greater integration and wholeness of mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in the framework of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), I believe we can better understand ourselves and our experiences by considering the connection between our brain, body, relationships, and life story.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), using IPNB as a framework for understanding how these approaches can support greater integration, connection, and healing. Throughout our work together, I emphasize the values of connection, curiosity, and kindness.
I truly look forward to connecting with you.
